DELIVERY POLICY
At The Gift Cellar, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We offer free delivery on all orders over £40 within the UK. For orders under £40, a flat rate of £3.50 will be charged or £5.00 for express delivery.
Our packages are carefully packed and dispatched within 2-7 business days of the order being placed dependent on the service chosen.

We use a variety of packaging products and in an effort to maintain our low carbon footprint, your order may arrive in recycled outer packaging. This will in no way effect the safe delivery of your chosen gifts.

We take great pride in the quality of our products and packaging. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us and we will help you through the process. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange as agreed with you.
